Over the years animal rights charity PETA have targeted many celebrities for their fur-wearing ways, now they’ve decided to turn their attention to Kim Kardashian. With her status as the most Googled person in the UK, it’s clever timing on PETA’s part.
Kim now appears on a PETA poster with baby foxes and the slogan, “Kim, these babies miss their mother. Is she on your back?"
A spokesperson of the animal group has commented, “Kim knows that animals on fur farms are beaten, electrocuted, and often skinned alive. We've explained it to her, and she's watched a video expose that was filmed inside fur farms.
"When Kim is ready to put an end to her relationship with fur, PETA will be happy to take her discards and donate them to the homeless."
While Kim has the wrath of PETA, her little sister Khloe Kardashian has previously worked for the charity, posing for the one famous “Fur? I’d rather go naked” posters. The animal-loving Reality TV star said of her work with the campaign,
"The videos are so graphic but they are so necessary for people to watch. I'm so grateful that I did get the opportunity to see them. I had no idea that's how these animals are treated."
