We don’t know about you Heatworld citizens, but if we’d been through a painful and very public divorce in the last year, and then had to deal with a nudey photo of our lady bits being posted on the world wide web, we wouldn‘t be too pleased. In fact, you could probably find us hiding behind our sofa wearing only clothes that stretch, having not left the house in 8 months and surviving solely on ice cream and the water from our big ol’ crocodile tears.
We know we cut a depressing picture, but it’s just to further highlight the drive of a certain actress; step forward, the very gorge Scarlett Johansson. If we gave Scarlett the scenario above she’d have to grimly tick all of the boxes, as the star was divorced from fellow actor and uber hunk Ryan Reynolds earlier this year. The actress was also left red faced when she became a victim of photo hacking, and a nudey photo of the star was posted online.
Scarlett recently spoke to US chat show host Matt Lauer about going through such a whirlwind, and explained how she tried to overcome just how public her year has been. The star says,
“I’ve been really fortunate. I’ve found that I had - even in times of crisis - a lot of love around me, and people have come out of all different dark corners to support.”
The Lost In Translation actress even went on to say that she had become “more more tolerant and more patient” after going through her divorce, but what about that photo?
“For me, the most important thing is that it doesn’t affect my work and it doesn’t affect my private life as much as possible…If I could keep that bubble around myself during work, that is really what’s most important to me.”
Well, despite her ex-hubby cosy-ing up to Gossip Girl star Blake Lively, we’re sure it won’t be long before Scarlett has a gorgeous man draped on her arm. But stay away from Ryan Gosling Scar, he’s ours.
