If the American X Factor audience have failed to warm to the show’s host Steve Jones, at least the audience at Ellen DeGeneres' chat show love him! Steve caused a screaming frenzy when he stripped off to model a present from Ellen.
Rude!
Some critics of Steve’s presenting style suggest that he is rude and always cuts off the judges, but the Welsh hunk ’o love insisted that he’s just doing what the producers tell him to.
"I’m wearing an earpiece and there’s about five people screaming, shut Paula up. Shut her up now. Move on,” explains Steve. “I’m going to have hearing damage in this ear by the end of series. I feel terrible because I feel on occasions I’m coming across as rude and abrupt and that’s really not me.”
The former T4 host then joked about Paula, “She just talks and talks and talks. Doesn’t she? Where is the off button on this woman?”
To be frank, we don't really care what they think about our Steve over in the US, we're just happy to see him shirtless. The mann is still hot!
