In this interview Zac tells us how he was delighted to be sharing a kiss with iconic star Michelle Pfeiffer in their latest film New Year’s Eve.
Zac revealed that how the kiss was intended to “be a little softer” in the original script. Having come up with the idea themselves, he added “we really wanted to spice up the movie.”
Matt didn’t shy away from questioning the stars about the 29 year age gap. When asking if the kiss worked in the movie and if it would make people feel ‘uneasy’, Michelle replied “It was kind of surprising” she continued “I think we started out thinking it was going to be a little more of a shock than in ends out being.”
Not shy to tell of his excitement Zac said “It turns out to be really fun” he said the kiss was “the best part of the movie.”
Michelle revealed she was feeling slightly nervous about the kiss beforehand “It is always a little bit nerve racking those kinds of scenes.”
Did she say ;nerve racking; scenes? We think she meant ‘ridiculously excited-wet-your-pants’ kind of scenes.
Having starred in the 2007 musical Hairspray together, Michelle left Zac a voicemail after hearing he was given the part as her on-screen romance. Zac said “It was a killer voice mail to get.”
We’re not going to lie, we are slightly jealous of Michelle right now…okay VERY jealous!
