Former LA Ink star and famous tattoo artist to the stars Kat Von D has revealed that she has become celibate.
After a turbulent relationship with Jesse James, the ex-husband of actress Sandra Bullock, the tattooist has decided to abstain from sex until she feels ready to date again. Kat says,
"I am celibate so I am not really looking for a partner...I just feel like I am on a different path now, to be honest with you...But, it’s more like respect and the way I perceive love and true love to be. It’s very sacred and much bigger than sex."
Serial cheat Jesse and Kat were together and engaged just last year after he split from Sandra amid rumours that he had cheated on the actress.
Sources claimed that Kat thought she could tame his wild ways, but the couple's relationship, which at times Kat referred to as "toxic", was very on-off. Kat revealed that Jesse cheated on her "19 times", and we suppose the fact that he lived miles away in Austin, Texas didn't help matters.
So, what will Kat be looking for in her next man? Another motorbike loving, tattoo covered metal-head? Kat says,
"I think to me its just always - I look at my friends and the qualities that I love about them is that they are just themselves, you know?"
