Kim Kardashian: If marriage was for money, I would have stayed married longer

Bored of Kim Kardashian and her 72-day marriage? No. Well, that’s good, because the fallout from her divorce doesn’t seem to be anywhere near over yet.

The 31-year-old Reality TV star has opened up once again about the breakdown of her marriage to Kris Humphries, this time during a TV interview with Kelly Ripa on US TV. Kim faced up to those pesky rumours that she only married Kris as part of a moneymaking business decision,

“Being a hopeless romantic, I wanted to believe in something so badly,” says Kim. “If you really think about it, if this was a business decision and I really made all that money that everyone was claiming that we made off this wedding, and if the wedding was fake and just for TV - I’m a smart business woman - I would have stayed married longer.”

We have to admit, Kim does make a good point here – high profile celebrity couples can rake in the cash. But do you believe what she’s saying here?

Backlash!

Kim also admitted to being shocked a the public’s negative response to her short-lived marriage, and she also insisted that she did everything she could to save her marriage, “I really didn't think following my heart would create this much backlash.

“I definitely tried everything I could [to save it], but also heard stories of people who had kids and stayed married for years and it didn't end up working out. I want babies and that forever love and if I felt in my heart that this wasn't right, why wait years for the same result?”

Do you have any sympathy for Kim and what she’s said here, or do you still think it’s ridiculous that she only managed 72 days of marriage?

She won't go away as long as HW keep repeating the same stories about her over and over again. Just because you word it differently and put a different headline doesn't mean it's a different story.

So it was not for money, can we assume then that the sanctity of marriage means nothing to you? because all I see is a silly little girl who had no real idea of the vows she took. Start living in the real world Kardashian, you may have your eyes opened. This bubble world you live in is nothing but a big joke.

I think it's ridiculous she got married in the first place, and really wish that she would go away
