Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon might be a little sickly sweet sometimes, but there’s something endearingly adorable about them, too.
And now that Nick is over the worst of hisrecent health scare – the America’s Got Talent host suffered minor kidney failure while on holiday in Aspen recently – we can expect the slushy couple to indulge in even more public displays of affection.
Apparently, Mariah and Nick now closer than ever in the wake of Nick’s recent surgery,
“Nick and Mariah have a very strong bond. If anything, this unexpected illness has made them closer than ever and appreciate one another even more,” Nick’s dad James Cannon has told Us Weekly.
“She would stay in the hospital overnight to support him. Nick and Mariah are really good for one another - they have so much in common and can make the other one laugh. So they managed to cope even though Nick was pretty sick. But he is glad to be home now and his whole family is pleased about that also.”
Sounds like it won’t be long before Nick and Mariah are out and about and gushing about one another – which is just how the world should be.
