Following the many splits announced in the last few days of 2011 (Katy Perry and Russell Brand, Katherine Jenkins and Gethin Jones, Mark Feehily and Kevin McDaid…), we couldn’t contain our joy when finally some good news appeared in the shape of one great big dazzling diamond – The news of course being that JLS’s Marvin Humes got down on one knee and asked girlfriend Rochelle Wiseman the one question every girl longs to hear.
The happy couple are apparently so excited that they don’t see the point in waiting around and planning a wedding for a year or two – instead it’s been reported that they want to have the big day coincide with their birthdays, which are days apart… in MARCH! That gives them about ten weeks to hire a venue, buy a dress, buy a suit, select their bridesmaids and best men, buy the wedding rings, choose the flowers, book the band… gosh, we’re getting tired just thinking of all the things they’ll have to do in such little time if this report is true!
A source has said, “After getting engaged this Christmas, Rochelle and Marvin didn't waste any time in thinking about dates. They knew they didn't want a long engagement that dragged on for months.
“Rochelle has been telling her pals how excited she is and that she loves the birthday idea. She thinks combining the events will make it the most amazing three-way celebration ever.”
We bet they can’t wait to get back from their holiday and get planning!
