Sarah Harding and Theo De Vries could face court over New Year's Day fight

Sarah Harding and her ex-boyfriend Theo De Vries could be charged over their New Year’s Day bust up at the Schloss Matzen hotel.Yesterday Theo claimed that Sarah had bit him on the leg and chucked an ashtray at his head, while Sarah maintained it was self-defence. Now the police are involved.

A police spokesperson said yesterday: "During the course of the questioning of the man it became clear that he had also been injured. A report on both cases has been filed with the prosecutor and the police case is now closed."

According to The Sun the case against Sarah was filed by police as Theo made no formal complaint against her but that both are likely to end up in court. Sarah and Theo both claim they acted in self-defence.

    Ha ha, just realised the irony of me wanting the judge to be fit on a show about the voice being important, not the image!! And what's with these Zoo and FHM ads??

    I thought the picture of Jonah Hill was Arg from TOWIE - whoops! Gutted Will Young won't be on The Voice - this Danny chap better be hot otherwise I will not be happy.

    Oh right, from the Script - I like one of their songs. I like several of Will's songs. Therefore I conclude....it should be Will! Plus Danny has a very small head, I don't know why that's relevant
