After all the drama surrounding Sarah Harding recently, it’s understandable if she feels the need to give herself a little team talk every now and then to remind her to stay positive. Only now she’s gone and had a new tattoo inked onto her back with some motivational words!
The Girls Aloud singer has had the words, “Don’t be Bitter – Glitter” etched onto her back, which she showed off yesterday in a pixelated pencil dress with a scooped back.
Clearly Sarah is looking a lot happier after emerging from the EF Medispa in Kensington following a reported four-hour spa treatment session. We think it’s the least Sarah deserves after the ordeal that she’s been through the past few weeks.
Sarah also has another tattoo representing inner strength on her left forearm, so she’s not short of some encouraging messaging to focus on whenever she possibly needs!
On getting sober, Sarah recently said, “I have so much to live for. I have my family and friends, my dogs, a film coming out. I still want to do music and do something solo. Now I think it's about being single and concentrating on myself and my career and who knows what the future holds”.
"I feel like I don't want to be stuck with that drunken image. I go to after-care for the extension to my rehab to keep me going. I am trying so hard. I just want to be taken seriously”
We hope that whispers of a 2012 Girls Aloud reunion will still happen, which would certainly give Sarah something else positive to focus on this year.
