When heatworld heard that Heidi Klum and her husband Seal were separating, we were absolutely shocked. They seemed such a loved-up pair who genuinely put time into their marriage and family. So naturally the decision to separate must have been a tough one for them - and now Seal has openly admitted he has no idea why his relationship has ended in a separation – saying, “My love for her has not waned one iota.” Aww!
“It doesn’t really make sense,” he admitted to Piers Morgan on US talk show Piers Morgan Tonight. "The truth of the matter is all I can tell you most sincerely is that it wasn't any one particular thing."
The 48-year-old singer was still wearing his wedding ring as he spoke, revealing to Piers that he hasn’t taken it off because “because I'm still married to this incredible woman. It stands for respect. It stands for loyalty. It stands for incredible memories."
He also went on to say Heidi had made him "a better man". Saying she is "the most fantastic woman I've ever met, and I still believe that now, as I did eight years ago, the day I met her." Sadface.
But when it came to the question we all want the answer to – if there’s any chance at all that the couple can solve their problems and reunite, Seal admitted he simply didn’t know.
He said, “Never say never. I can't speak for my wife, and I'm not going to sit here and BS you and tell you we haven't had problems. Of course we've had problems -- otherwise why are we splitting up?
"We are going to separate. We may become legally separated. Who knows if it makes either of us happy? We may even become divorced. I can't look into the future, but I can say that we will always be the greatest of friends."
