Despite being only seven weeks old Blue Ivy Carter is already one of the most famous celebrity babies on the planet. Proud parents Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z have already shared Jay-Zs-baby-Blue-Ivy-Carter/">pictures of their gorgeous girl, now Blue has made her debut public appearance.
Beyonce, Jay and little Blue have been spotted enjoying lunch at Sant Ambreous in New York city’s West Village. Protective mum Bey kept baby Blue close to her at all times in a BabyBjorn carrier.
New parents Bey and Jay have been seen Jay-Zs-club-opening/">out and about a few times since Beyonce gave birth on 7 January, most recently the couple enjoyed a New Jersey Nets vs New York Knicks basketball game at Madison Square Garden on Monday.
Date night
However the super star couple have kept their post-baby outings pretty low-key, they even skipped the Grammys in favour of date night at Lucali in Brooklyn, tucking in to pizza. A fellow diner was seen congratulating Jay-Z on becoming a new father, while onlookers told Us Weekly that the pair, “were just like a regular couple.”
Doting mum
Needless to say, Beyonce, 30, is besotted with her new daughter. While the Single Ladies singer has reportedly begun work on her next album, she’s spent most of her time at her $6.85million Tribeca loft. “She has been totally doting on Blue,” a source reports.
