Poor old Ashton Kutcher, he's having a terrible time with it. If going through a very public divorce wasn't enough, his acting has now been put into question by the man whose role he pipped, Charlie Sheen.
At first Charlie wished Ashton well in taking over a lead role in popular show Two and a Half Men. after he was killed off due to conflicts with the show's producers. However, after seeing Ashton's debut, the Wall Street star does not seem convinced. Charlie says,
"I'm tired of lying... I'm tired of pretending the show doesn't suck... I'm tired of pretending Ashton doesn't suck...It's nothing personal... I just feel bad for him... He's saddled with such bad writing." Ouch.
Charlie even went as far as to comment on Ashton's ex Demi Moore's current struggle with exhaustion, saying he wants to "save her". The actor has reportedly told Demi she can star in his new show Anger Management when she feels better, and a source claims that Charlie believes them to be "kindred spirits". We're sure Ashton will be thrilled.
Charlie has kept under the radar recently after what appeared to be a rather worrying meltdown where he talked about tiger blood and just generally 'winning'. The actor's bizarre behaviour change back in 2011 shocked the world as he appeared gaunt and manic on TV, and it all seemed to start when the star was fired from his job on Two and a Half Men.
Since the episode, Charlie now claims he is in a better place and is even back in touch with ex-wife and fellow actress Denise Richards. Charlie says,
“I’m not crazy any more. That was an episode. I think I’m a different person than I was yesterday. Everything is a lot more mellow and focused and much more rooted in reality.” Only time will tell.
