Cher Lloyd blasts Cheryl Cole

Famous for her feisty attitude on the X Factor, Cher Lloyd has lived up to her reputation by hitting out at her former X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole for her alleged failure to sing live.
 
In an interview with Real Radio North West, Cher was asked if she would ever duet with Cheryl, to which she replied, "Maybe if she sings live with me!" Ouch.

 


When pressed to say if she meant that Cheryl relied on auto tune, the 18-year-old laughed before going back on her comment saying ''What, oh no? Never, never ever!''

Cheryl Cole sparked controversy back in 2009 when she was reported to have mimed parts of her Number One hit Fight For This Love on The X Factor.

    After hearing the interview it didn't sound too much like she was 'hitting out' at Cheryl. What she said was a little sarcastic but true...

    She may or may not use autotune in the studio but the woman hardly ever sings live and when she does its not exactly good, its hardly a secret...

    That doesn't sound like 'blasting' her. It sounds like she said, yes, I'd like to do a live duet with her, as opposed to recording a single together. She then refused to say that Cheryl uses autotune. Fuss over nothing.

    I agree with Vicki, and I think Cheryl's copped on to it cos she said on facebook earlier not to kick people on the way up cos they'll kick you twice as hard on the way back down. Most of us here are a bit fed up with hearing about Cheryl all the time but that's bad form, very short memory that Cher one has.

    Cher is so ungrateful, she should be thanking cheryl picking her to go to the finals. i have never like cher. In the past she has also blasted the x factor ,without it she wouldn't have been famous

    She's hardly blasted Cheryl Cole has she? She could have said she'd never sing with her in a million years, all she said is that she'd want them to sing live

    I'm not a fan of Cher full stop. I know people will disagree with me on this, but I think she's an ungrateful little girl! She should be so lucky she's in the position she is now after Cheryl saw something in her(?!) & decided to take through to the X Factor finals. If I was her, regardless of winning or not, I'd be thanking my mentor everyday! All Cher does is shrug her shoulders & says she doesn't care. Pathetic.

    Not a fan of Cher but if she can sing live when she doesn't have the best voice then surely Cheryl can.
