Convicted singer Chris Brown’s recent appeals to the r Court to end his probation ahead of time, have been rejected today.
The American R&B artist was arrested in 2009 after beating his then girlfriend and singer, Rhianna, after she suspected him of being unfaithful. Chris received a sentence of five years of probation, six months community labour and compulsory anger management classes. Two years on, Chris has completed both his community labour and anger management classes, with high praise from a number of judges that have dealt with him during his probation.
Despite having turned over a new leaf, and even reconciled with the bronze beauty Rhianna, his pleas were denied, leaving him to complete the last three years of his probation.

George Lomeli, the Superior Court Judge, explained his decision to Chris’ lawyer, stating that despite Chris’ good behaviour during probation, this does not justify bringing his probation’s end date forward
We wonder how tensions will run between the reportedly made-up pair, as former partners Chris and Rihanna are both set to perform at the Grammy Awards taking place this Sunday 12th February.
