Zayn Malik took some time out of his busy schedule to chat to heatworld about One Direction’s new tour.

Will there be any exciting pyrotechnic type things?

We’re supporting so our stage is pretty limited so we’re just concentrating on our performance side making our vocals and performance as best as we can.

Do you have your own tour bus?

We’ve got our own tour bus and probably a few cars so that should be fun. I’ll probably take the Nintendo DS and I think we’ve got a console on there so we’ll keep ourselves entertained on there. We’re together all the time and there isn’t really one annoying person, we’re all just annoying as each other.

Who is the mummy of the group?

We’re all big boys we all look after ourselves and get on with what we’re doing. We don’t really have a Mummy role but Liam’s Daddy.

Is it weird being famous EVERYWHERE?

It’s very strange having fans all over the world you know we didn’t expect the kind of craziness that we’ve experienced. We were hoping we’d be quite successful in the UK and it’s been absolutely crazy, it’s been beyond our wildest dreams I know it sounds cheesy but it’s the truth.

It’s so exciting, like when we turned up in France the other day, by the end of the station we weren’t even walking anymore we were just being lifted along by a crowd of people. It was crazy and we didn’t really expect anything like this.

Do you have any stalkers?

We haven’t had stalkers but we do have a group of fans that do seem to find us everywhere and they just show up everywhere and we don’t know how.
