Katie Price is a woman who doesn’t do things by halves. The 33-year-old mum of three hasn’t stopped at releasing just one autobiography, or selling just one range of Jordan branded merchandise. So it’s no surprise that when it comes to exercise she’s just as driven, hitting the gym at 5.30 am(!) and running six miles a day,
“She’s an absolute athlete. And [exercise] isn’t a bad thing to be addicted to,” Sol Gilbert exclusively reveals in this week’s heat (on sale now).
“She does everything 110 per cent,” continues Sol, “[She] doesn’t accept failure. She is super-critical and competitive with herself – in the sense that she wants her body to be perfect.”

Katie is currently in training for the 2012 London Marathon, but being super-fit for the big run isn’t the only reason why Katie spends up to eight hours a week working out with Sol – she’s also conscious about keeping the body that earned her millions in shape,
“She’s a 33-year-old mum of three and she’s built her fortune off her body and her looks. She wants to try and retain that as much as possible,” says Sol.
