Crikey, it’s only February but it seems Little Mix are already cracking the whip on the studio front. The X Factor winners have let slip some sneaky details about their next single and by the sounds of it, we’re in for something very exciting…
Talking to Digital Spy at the Brit Awards last night the girls explained they will be releasing a song which is “quite old-school”. Jade Thirwall revealed, “It's starting to come together a little bit now, especially the first single. We seem to be getting there - hopefully it will be out very, very soon.
"It's quite old-school - we're bringing back the old harmonies."
Hear that gang? It’ll be out very, very soon! Does that mean we don’t need to wait until nearly Christmas to hear from the girlband? Oh we hope so!

And rumours also suggest that Ms Jessie J might be getting involved in writing for the girls – which would make sense because Leigh-Anne Pinnock admitted the track will be “R&B-pop hip-hop kind of merged into one”.
In fact, it was just recently that Jessie was banging on about how good it would be to pen some lyrics for the foursome, saying, “Jessie J told the paper: "I'd love to write for them as they're great girls and have brilliant voices."
Well, that’s exactly what we were hoping for ladies and if their version of En Vogue’s Don’t Let Go is anything to by, we reckon it’s going to be a number one for sure. Bring on the new Little Mix record! Yeah!
