Steve Jones: I'd work with Simon on the moon if given the chance

Steve Jones has revealed that he doesn't hate Simon Cowell, even after he was axed from the US X Factor.

Steve told The Sun: "I have no hard feelings whatsoever towards Simon. It's a tough business and anyone trying to get into it should always keep in mind that it can go t**s up in a heartbeat. I'd work with Simon on the moon if given the chance."

Steve also enthused about working with his ex-girlfriend, Alex Jones on Let’s Dance For Sport Relief.

"Working with a friend is like being with your family. There is no need for airs and graces. If my bum itches I can scratch it in front of Alex if I want. I know that girl so well, I could start AND finish her sentences."

The finishing sentences thing is very sweet but we’re not sure we like the idea of Steve Jones scratching his bum in front of us. Walking around with his top off, yes. Bum scratching, no.

    If I was George Clooney, I wouldn't be arsed about getting married either. He can get any girl he wants whenever he wants, why would he want to stop doing that unless the person was seriously special?

    UltimateRedhead - I agree. Her music is quite good but she does try too hard to stand out. Its a case of you throw yourself out there too much, people get bored of hearing about you. Maybe we are both getting old!

    Gaga tries too hard, she is annoying. I think I might enjoy her music without all the antics, but she just annoys me too much. Maybe I am just getting old...
