Luckily for us, the star's personal trainer has let slip just how the 23-year-old got in tip top shape to rock that dress at the Grammy's in LA on Sunday night. Hooray!
The Revolution's Harley Pasternak revealed that the Only Girl In The World singer works out at least three times a week for about 25 minutes. (So far, so good!)
He listed cycling, skipping, stationary jogging and jumping jacks as a few of the exercise Ri-Ri does to keep her envious figure, and said that the exercises work so well because they can be done in a hotel room or backstage before a show, enabling Rihanna to fit the exercises into her hectic schedule.
The star also tries to eat five small meals a day, made up of lots of protein and bean-based foods.

Harley gushed to People.com "She's got such a beautiful body naturally. With someone like her, it's about the fine tuning."
"She looks amazing," he continued. "She keeps getting better and better." Yeah, yeah, we know.
However, he did let slip that Rihanna is human like the rest of us (Phew!) saying she usually sticks to a strict diet, but occasionally succumbs to "salty cravings."
