Kim Kardashian may press charges against the woman who chucked flour on her at her perfume launch.
The 32-year-old reality TV star told E! News that although she wasn't initially thinking of it, she is considering pressing charges against the (as yet unidentified) woman who went armed with flour to Kim’s launch at the London West Hollywood hotel.
"I said earlier no I wasn't [going to file a complaint]," Kim says. "I am just going to think about it, because I don't want someone to think they can really get away with that. So we are going to handle that."
Kim was posing for pictures at the launch of her new fragrance, True Reflection, when she was stunned by a spray of white substance hitting her back.
After the initial shock the star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians was taken away by mum Kris Jenner, who blow-dried her hair and wet her blazer to get rid of the white marks.
Kim says she laughed the incident off at first because she didn’t know what to do.
"You know, I think that is the only thing I knew how to do at the time," she says. "But I just think it is such a shame that someone like that... would ruin an event, or attempt to ruin an event."
Security led the woman in question away but her name was not released.
It’s not just by flour Kim has been targeted recently; she got involved in a war of words with Mad Men actor Jon Hamm.
The 41-year-old actor said of Kim and other reality TV stars: "It's a part of our culture that I certainly don't identify with, and I don't really understand the appeal of it other than in a sort of car crash sensibility, and it's not something that I partake in or enjoy, but it is what it is, and here we are."
Jason Statham also gave his tuppence worth on the beef. After this, plus the flour-throwing, we’re starting to feel a little bit sorry for Kim.
Do you think Kim Kardashian deserves the contempt being directed at her?
