Simon Cowell stands by Tulisa

 

Simon Cowell has given his full support to Tulisa after her week from hell and he has said she will remain an X Factor judge. He told The Sun, “It makes no difference with me about her coming back on the show — 100 per cent.

"I mean, God, if I said no (to her coming back) it's allowing every sleazebag in the country to wreck somebody's career when she didn't do something wrong.

"The public are very, very a) forgiving, and b) understanding. But I hope they don't forgive the person who did it."

Coroner confirms Whitney Houston drowned

 

The L.A. County Coroner has listed the official cause of Whitney Houston’s death as drowning. The coroner stated that Whitney had cocaine in her system and that heard disease and drug use were contributing factors in her death.

The report list the cause as, “drowning and effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use,” and labels it an “accident.”

The toxicology report stated: “Cocaine and metabolites were identified and were contributory to the death. Marijuana, Alprazolam (Xanax), Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) and Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) were identified but did not contribute to the death.”

Whitney’s manager (and sister-in-law) Patricia Houston has issued a statement

“We are saddened to learn of the toxicology results, although we are glad to now have closure.”

Hilary Duff has had a baby!

 

Hilary Duff gave birth to her first child, a bouncing baby boy called Luca Cruz on Tuesday. She tweeted late last night, “Welcome to the World Luca Cruz Comrie! Tuesday evening, we became proud parents of a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce beautiful boy.”

“We are overjoyed and feel like the luckiest parents in the world. He is surrounded by so much love!! Mom and baby are both doing extremely well.”

Hilary marred retired hockey player husband Mike Comrie in August 2010 and announced their pregnancy almost exactly a year later. That's quite an anniversary present.
