Sad news… Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth have ended their marriage after nearly 11 years together.
Twilight star Peter and Beverly Hills 90210 actress Jennie – who have three children together – have confirmed the split in a statement given to E!Online,
“While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time.”
The couple are parents to three daughters, Luca Bella, 14, Lola Ray, nine, and Fiona Eve, five. Just before news of the split broke, Peter was seen with his eldest daughter enjoying some quality time at the LA Hunger Games premiere.
At present no reason has been given for the cause of the break up, but the couple had been the subject of split rumours as far back as July last year, with gossips suggesting that the couple had begun to live separately.
Peter and Jennie met back in 1996 while filming An Unfinished Affair. They welcomed daughter Luca Bella in June of 1997, and tied the knot in January 2001. In December2006 the couple welcomed daughter Lola Ray, who is joined by little sister Fiona Eve in September 2006.
