Beyonce Knowles has written a note to Barack Obama’s wife, Michelle Obama, praising her and saying she’s “proud to have my daughter grow up in a world where she has people like you to look up to.”
How nice is that?
The star posted the note to the president of America's wife on her website.
The Halo singer talks about First Lady Michelle being “'humble, loving and sincere" despite “the pressure, and the stress of being under the microscope.”
She also praises her for being a caring mother and loving wife.
“She builds and nurtures her family, while also looking out for so many millions in so many ways,” the letter reads.
Beyonce’s support for the Obamas
Beyonce and husband Jay-Z are big fans of the Obamas, and regularly show their support at fundraising events. The singer even helped Michelle at a charity event, which was hosted with Robert De Niro last month at New York's Greenwich Hotel.
