Rihanna’s landed her next film role, in the latest Fast and the Furious film. Riri will be playing a villain in the sixth film in the franchise.
A source told The Sun: “Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in Battleship. Writers think she’ll be perfect for the role. Her character has plenty of bite and doesn’t take any prisoners — just like her in real life.
“It’s a step up the ladder for her and could lead to bigger action roles.”
The film will be set in England and she’ll be starring alongside Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson. Will Rihanna being in a Fast and the Furious film be enough to make you want to see it? We’ve included the trailer from the last movie to jog your memory.
Beyonce’s pregnancy was dogged by rumours that she wasn’t really pregnant and that she was wearing a fake bump. She’s now spoken out about those rumours to People magazine, “It wasn’t hurtful, it was just crazy.”
The silly stories didn’t get her down too much, the star went on to say, “There was so much love and well wishes from all over the world — it made it easier to deal with the stupid rumours,”
Beyonce’s mum, Tina Knowles wasn’t so calm about the whole thing, “I thought it was very unfair and very cruel. As a mother it was painful for me to hear the crazy rumours. And I even had people ask me, which was so ridiculous.”
We can’t wait to find out what Blue Ivy makes of people thinking she was imaginary.
It was a very sad when heatworld favourite, Sam Buttery was kicked off The Voice by his mentor, Tom Jones. Sam doesn’t seem too phased by it all, he’s already planning his next step, which won’t involve appearing on the X Factor.
Sam said to The Sun: “I wouldn’t be feeling this positive if I’d just been kicked off The X Factor. I think I’ve been treated really well. I haven’t tried out for The X Factor but I know people who have and they didn’t enjoy it as much.
“On The Voice you are called every day and asked how you’re feeling and you are paid the money to do what you do. They give you expenses money, money for food and a fee for performing and it’s in the interests of fairness. There is a professionalism to the show.
“We don’t get paid a lot but it’s a gesture. It makes you feel valued. I haven’t been left feeling exploited or anything.”
Sam did reveal that he is disappointed to be leaving the show. “It’s massively gutting, I had a really nice experience. I was a bit weepy but I am OK, and I’ve learned a lot.”
We’re sure this isn’t the last we’ve seen of him TEAM BUTTERY.
