Arg reveals his drastic weight-loss for starters. Lydia Bright's mum Debbie is lost for words when she see's James' make over: he's two stone lighter and has had his teeth fixed! Go, Arg!

Finally, with the London marathon just days away the entire TOWIE crew get together for a marathon gala party. Arg, Cara and Billie taking part in the race next weekend, so the entire cast turn up to show support, but there's tension in the air (it wouldn't be a TOWIE party without it), as Arg and Lydia come face to face. Eeeeek!
