Rumours of a return to The X Factor judging panel have been doing the rounds lately, but nothing’s been confirmed.
But one thing that is for sure is Dannii Minogue is definitely not going to be making a music comeback anytime soon – she’d just too darn busy.
The single mum-of-one has insisted she has no immediate plans to record any new music, and is instead concentrating on being a mum to 22-month-old son Ethan.
“I guess my world is about making time for being a mum and not missing out on special time with Ethan,” Dannii told Australia's Daily Telegraph. “Every week there are new things. He is changing every day.
“The music takes you on a different trip. You can't do everything. You choose a couple of important things and the rest is mum time.”
Dannii, who hit the headlines recently in regard to her relationship with Simon Cowell, has revealed her time is mostly spent looking after her little one.
“I work one day a week on Australia's Got Talent. I've got a couple of extra things with this and some interviews and that's it. The rest is doing the crèche run and looking after Ethan,” she explained.
“I'm loving it. I don't want to miss out on these years. That's important to me.”
Dannii’s split from Kris
Dannii’s been having a hard time of it lately, so it’s no great surprise she’s choosing to spend as much time as possible with her son.
The singer and Ethan’s dad Kris Smith split last month after four years together.
“It brings me great sadness to tell you that Kris and I have separated...We still care for each other and ask for privacy at this difficult time, in particular for our son Ethan who remains our number one priority,” she wrote on her Twitter on April 4.
She then went on to thank her fans for their "ever loving continued support".
