Some guys woo the girl of their dreams with flowers, cards and chocolates. But Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams had a different way of getting model wife Lara Stone’s attention – he stalked her.
Speaking to Dutch Vogue, she said: “He stalked me,” and when asked if it was love at first sight, she added: “To him it was!”
Lara, 28, and David, 40, started dating in September 2009, and were quick to announce their engagement in January 2010. The couple tied the knot four months later in May.
Sense of humour
Gorgeous Lara revealed that she and David have a similar sense of humour. She also said her ballsy attitude works to her advantage.
“I think people like it when you have a bit of personality. It helps that I am not afraid to say what I want to do and what I don’t want to do.”
Babies
So will we hear the pitter-patter of tiny feet anytime soon? Well only if they’re little doggy feet.
The couple got themselves a Border Terrier puppy called Bert for Valentine's Day this year and according to Lara, she’s happy just looking after him for now.
“A baby will probably never be as fun as Bert.”
David tweeted recently a picture of him, his wife, his Bert and his Simon Cowell with BGT winners Ashleigh and Pudsey, taken at the final on Saturday night.
