Wow, these two have got to be the most fast-moving couple we know – but we have to say, we are totally loving the reports that Glee stars and real-life couple Cory Monteith and Lea Michele are moving in together.
The pair, who have only been dating since February (although they have been working together since the show began in 2010) are said to be planning to set up a home together at Lea’s Los Angeles mansion – a $1.4 million place. Lucky Cory, eh?
Friends of Lea are said to have spilled the beans to US magazines. In fact, one even revealed, “Lea is telling everyone she's never felt more sure about anything. She's ready for it all, starting with living together and planning their future."
Sounds serious, eh? But considering the couple knew each other very well before getting together three months ago, we’re not surprised they’re speeding through all the motions. Lea has even admitted herself that she wouldn’t want to start a relationship with a co-star unless she knew they were going to last. Although she also called him her ‘big brother’ in that particular interview – awkward.
Lea previously explained, “I think if [an on set romance] was ever going to be an issue, it would have happened by now. I mean, for me, if it was going to happen with anybody, it would have happened with Cory.
“The moment I met him, I thought, 'This boy is very cute.' But he's like my big brother. He's such a great friend, and I am so happy working with him every day. I'm glad nothing has ever happened because it would have ruined something if it didn't work out."
Well that was ages ago folks. And we all know things change in the showbiz world. It looks like these two pals are totally getting it on for the long-term. Hurrah!
