Rebecca Ferguson has had a bit of an accident it would seem.
The X Factor runner-up appeared on Britain’s Got Talent last night to perform her new single Glitter and Gold. But viewers may have been a little surprised to see the singer sat on a stool with her leg up.
Turns out Rebecca had to perform with her leg up because she broken it while on a night out earlier this week.

After she belted out her new track, Ant and Dec asked her what she had done to her leg: “I had a bit of a night out and fell over. I broke my leg,” she replied.
She had also broken (ahem) the news to her Twitter followers soon after the accident happened.
“I've broke my leg :( Xxx.”

And she posted a picture from the night she had the accident.
“Before I broke my leg haha.”
Under doctor’s orders
Rebecca was signed off work by her doctor and told to rest up for six weeks.
But she defied her doctor’s orders by appearing on Alan Carr's Chatty Man, as well as BGT.
Naughty.
“Docs signed me off work for 6 weeks but I might have to be a little rebel can't miss @AlanCarr can I xx,” she tweeted.
But perhaps she should have done as she was told after all, as she complained on Twitter about being in pain: “In so much pain early night being looked after thanx @AlanCarr love u your so funny night godbless xXx,” she posted after filming the show.
After performing on BGT, she finally took notice of her doctor and headed home to put her leg up.
“Feeling emotional thankyou everyone now home to put my leg up xxx.”
