Simon Cowell: ‘The Voice is an X Factor rip-off’

 

Louis Walsh has already blasted The Voice (pick up this week’s heat to read what he has to say), now Simon Cowell has stuck the boot in.

The X Factor boss is ‘puzzled’ by the BBC’s singing show and thinks that The Voice is a copy of The X Factor.

“That show puzzles me because it starts off and ‘it’s all about the voice’. So my first thought is, ‘Why isn’t this on radio?’ because what’s the point in looking at them,” Simon has told Radio 4’s Today programme in a pre-recorded interview.

“Then suddenly I’m watching it a week or two weeks ago and it’s the same as The X Factor. They’ve got dancers behind them, graphics, lights. Same show.”

We would point out that The X Factor is quite a lot like Pop Idol, but we’re not that that petty.
 

Jennifer Lopez reported to be leaving American Idol

 

A busy schedule seems to be the reason for any celebrity break up. Whether it’s a couple, or a star dumping a TV show.

Jennifer Lopez’s schedule is now thought to be so hectic that she doesn’t have time for American Idol.

“There is just too much going on for her right now,” a source has told E! News. “She regrets she can't stay on the show. It's been an incredible experience and she is forever grateful that she did it.”

Jen has a huge summer tour with Enrique Iglesias coming up, which will clash with Idol commitments, as well as various film projects and a new album to record. Still, is she crazy? Idol pay her $20million dollars!

One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson has stinky feet!

 

Ewwww! This could put off a few of the thousands of girls who are desperately lusting One Direction star Louis Tomlinson… Apparently he has really stinky feet.

Bandmate Niall Horan revealed Louis secret shame to The Sun telling the paper that when Louis slips his shoes off the rest of the band are gassed with toxic fumes,

“Louis has the smelliest feet ever. He wears plimsolls with no socks so his feet get very sweaty and the sweat is captured.”

Continues the cheeky Irish star, “If we are on a bus or something and he takes them off we all pretty much start gagging.”

Suddenly we don’t want to hang out on the 1D tour bus…
