We've always found that men with a bit of confidence are very, very sexy. But there’s a fine line between being confident, and being a bit of a prat. Step forward, Adam Levine.
We always thought of Adam as a handsome devil with a lovely voice, and as it happens, he doesn’t think too badly of himself either! The Maroon 5 singer has spoken candidly in a recent interview, explaining that he has a high opinion of himself and doesn’t feel
embarrassed to admit it,
“I have a high self-opinion - I don't need to hide that. I don't need to be self-deprecating…I do believe that I deserve what I have. I don't think I'm entitled to it. That's a big difference."
Adam went on to say that he sees celebs bringing out cooking books or trying to offer others advice, trying to give the impression that they’re just like your average Joe, and he doesn’t like it one bit.
"It's ridiculous. It's too much. Can you just be a millionaire?"
It seems that even his mother knew that Adam was a boy determined to get what he wanted. The singer went on to reveal that his mum unknowingly offered him a very helpful piece of advice at a young age, confessing,
“My mum told me a long time ago - she didn't know she was giving me this advice - but she said, 'All I know is, you'll never change, so you'd better get somebody to take care of your room and get a housekeeper…That was burned into my skull, 'Must make money so I don't
have to do my chores, because I wouldn't do them anyway'. It's sweet that I don't have to do my laundry."
Whether he does his own washing or not, we still fancy the pants off of him. What do you heatworld citizens think? While you mull it all over, why not indulge in a bit of a swoon-session and watch the band's video for their new single One More Night featuring Minka Kelly.
