The Man Down singer spent Father's Day hanging out with her sick grandma yesterday. RiRi visited her 'Gran Gran Dolly' in hospital where her gran is receiving treatment and care for cancer.

Cute!! But rather than spending the time with her daddy the Bajan beauty instead visited her granny in New York. Wearing a trucker cap, grey marl Rodarte sweater and torn jeans, Rihanna was snapped heading into the hospital where she saw her gran and tweeted the following adorable piccies...
Rihanna held her gran's hand saying, She still has the most beautiful hands. See, cute!!
This lovely image, taken using the hipster's fave app Instagram to give a retro grainy edge, had the comment, My heart smiled and cried at once, below it. We have to admit we got a bit choked up with this one. Too sweet.
And finally Rihanna tweeted this pic of her gran trying on her cool cap and looking possibly even cooler than RiRi in it. Does anyone else have a sudden intense urge to go and give their granny a cuddle?
