We know Avengers Assemble is a popular film, but we had no idea that it was so popular that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge - that's Prince William and Kate Middleton - would be willing to slum it in a normal cinema to see all the action!
An excited onlooker got a photo of the back of the royal couple's heads as they went in to see Scarlett Johansson, Michael Fassbender and Chris Evans kick ass.
After a weekend standing out in the pouring rain for hours as part of the Queen's flotilla, it's no wonder Wills and Kate would want to spend an evening curled up munching popcorn in front of a film, but we're kind of surprised they went to a cinema full of common folk to do it.
Not that this was any ordinary cinema, though. The Odeon on Kensington High Street is slap bang in the middle of some of the poshest postcodes in Britain. And it's full of Made In Chelsea types with their big hair and chinos. In fact, Wills, with his baseball cap - we're guessing he wore it so that people wouldn't recognise him…big fail! - was probably the most casually dressed person there!
Kate wore kitten heels and jeans, with a black jacket on top. And though we can only see it from the back, we bet her hair looked incredible, too.
In other royal news, Prince Phillip is out of hospital after being treated for a bladder infection. This means he'll be home in time to celebrate his 91 birthday!
