Rihanna was forced to evacuate a London hotel this morning after a fire broke out.
The Where Have You Been star and 300 guests were escorted out of the Corinthia Hotel in Whitehall Place when a fire alarm went off.
Rihanna tweeted a picture of her looking sleepy in the back of a cab saying: “Roamin da streets since 6am! Fyah in da telly #evacuationlife.”
She also posted a photo of a fire engine outside the hotel, which she captioned “Fire in the Telly #evacuationlife.”
But don’t panic, the singer and the rest of the guests are all fine.
A spokesperson for the hotel released a statement explaining that a service elevator motor had burned out, leading to smoke and the activation of fire alarms.
After the fire department conducted a safety check, guests were allowed back into the building.
