Tulisa and boyfriend Jack O’Connell split
Tulisa and boyfriend Jack O’Connell split
X Factor judge Tulisa Constostavlos is a single lady again after splitting up with her actor boyfriend Jack O’Connell. The couple are said to have ended things on friendly terms, blaming “incompatible work schedules” for the break up.
Ahh, that old chestnut.
“Jack is filming the new 300 sequel in eastern Europe and will be there until November. He isn’t able to travel to the UK at all, as filming schedules are so tight,” a source speaking to The Mirror elaborates.
“This meant Tulisa was flying backwards and forwards to Bulgaria – as well as fulfilling for her X Factor duties. A long-distance relationship just wasn’t working so the pair sat down together over dinner, and talked it through like adults.
“It was a fairly mutual decision and although she’s really sad to split from Jack, she knows it is for the best.”
At least this frees up Tulisa for some harmless flirting with any hunky X Factor contestants that come along.

Cheryl Cole reveals song is about bully, junkie ex-boyfriend!
With the release of Cheryl Cole new album A Millions Lights yesterday, there’s been plenty of speculation about the meanings behind some of the tracks.
Chezza has now revealed that her song Craziest Things, which is a duet with her manager Will.i.am, and that contains lyrics like, “We say the craziest things like I love you, hate you, don’t need you, f*** you,” is about a relationship she had with an abusive drug addict between the ages of 16 and 18.
“I was in the worst relationship of my life,” she tells We Love Pop magazine, “We swore, we fought, we did everything it says in that song. People think it’s passionate and fun, but it’s aggressive and wrong. I was depressed and poorly. I had to end it for my health.”
Russell Brand loves guns!
Russell Brand loves guns!
He’s been hanging out with the Dalai Lama recently, so you’d think Russell Brand would be all about peace and love, not guns!
However, Russ has revealed a new love of gun – despite pleas from his beloved mum to stay clear of them.
“I’ve been learning to fire guns," Russ tells The Sun. "My mother said, ‘Don’t learn to fire guns, Russell.’ Well, I’ve learnt and now I’ve got one. I mean, me, own a gun? I shouldn’t really have access to hair gel but I can fire a gun if I need to.
“To be honest guns are fun. When I was learning I was firing all over the place – obviously not at people but I was hitting all these targets. I felt like John Wayne.”
Listen in your mum, Russ – and stick to the yoga not target practice!
