We could hardly believe it when we heard reports that Kristen Stewart had cheated on her so-fit-it-hurts boyfriend Robert Pattinson. Seriously, as if anyone could be tempted to play away when they have actual R-Pattz on their arm?
It was reported that Kristen grew very close to the director of her film, Snow White and the Huntsman, Rupert Sanders. 41-year-old Sanders lives in LA with wife, model Liberty Ross, and their two children.
According to the rumours the pair had a brief fling while filming the epic movie. Pictures were published apparently showing Sanders and Stewart kissing. Even with pictures, we just weren't sure...
Any doubts we had about Kristen cheating on her Twilight beau we washed away when we read the statement released by the actress herself admitting to the infidelity.
K-Stew is notoriously very, very private so seeing a statement so incredibly emotional and public, such as the one below, is shocking.
Kristen's statement reads...
"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."
Cripes. Not only is she admitting indiscretion, we're fairly sure this might be the first time she has admitted to loving R-Pattz.
