They’ve been pals for years, with Gordon Ramsay regularly being seen cheering David Beckham on at football games.
But this time it was David showing his support as he and eldest son Brooklyn, 13, headed down to Gordon’s American TV show Hell’s Kitchen for a bite to eat.
One contestant Christina was so excited by the idea of cooking for the beautiful Beckham boys she started hallucinating.
“When David Beckham arrived I was like: ‘Holy shit!’ He rode in on a rainbow, carried by a unicorn while eating a cupcake. He is a magical creature.”

Understandably flustered by the arrival of their surprise guests, the contestants soon lost the plot and starting making a right mess of dinner.
The Beckhams' meal didn’t get off to a great start when they had to wait for the chefs to muck up two flatbread pizzas before they were finally served the third-time-lucky appetiser.
Becks made a subtle point about his lack of food as he asked his son: “Are you hungry?”
Despite the wait, David and Brooklyn both agreed the food was top notch.
Even if it wasn’t that good, we’re guessing David wouldn’t tell Gordon – have you seen how angry that guy gets?
