Actress Halle Berry was rushed to hospital last night following an accident on the set of her latest movie, it’s been reported by X17online.
The website is claiming she was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital, LA, in an ambulance shortly after the incident occurred at around 10pm. Early reports are saying she either fell down a set of stairs or she was hit by a falling object.
Halle was shooting scenes for her new film The Hive when the incident happened. The set was shut down soon after the accident happened.
The Monster's Ball star looked happy earlier in the day as she waved to fans while the crew set up shots on location in southern central Los Angeles.
This isn't the first time Halle's had an accident while filming.
The Oscar winner broke her foot last year while on location in Spain filming Cloud Atlas.
Her injury on that occasion allegedly occurred when she chased a goat over difficult terrain.
The film, which is set in a 911 call centre, also stars Abigail Breslin, who first shot to fame in Little Miss Sunshine.
Halle plays a 911 emergency operator who takes a call from a teenage girl, who has been abducted and locked in the boot of a car.
More information on Halle's accident to come as we get it.
