When the news broke in May that new dad Jack Osbourne had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis we really felt for him.
So it’s amazing to hear that Jack is being positive, having revealed that fatherhood has given him something to focus on other than his illness,
“When you get news like MS, it’s a bit of a buzzkill. But having a baby is forcing me to focus on just that and my work, so it takes the sting away a little bit,” he shares with Access Hollywood.
Jack and his fiancée Lisa Stelly welcomed their adorable little girl Pearl on 12 April, and the little one has been quick to surprise and delight her parents, with proud papa Jack revealing that Pearl is already advanced for her age,
“She recently rolled over for the first time. We’re excited about it because she’s so advanced. Most kids don’t do it until 14 weeks. Expect big things.”

Adapt and overcome
Despite suffering from a potentially debilitating condition, Jack has tried to remain positive. When he first announced the news that he has MS, he admitted to being “angry and upset”, but he soon tweeted in reponses to all the kind messages of support that he’d received,
“Thank you all so much for the kind and inspirational words. It means a lot. #adaptandovercome,” he wrote on the social networking site.
With little Pearl to inspire him, we hope Jack can overcome whatever MS throws his way
