Robert Pattinson has reportedly been spotted in London after the fallout from Kristen Stewart’s affair.

A tweet yesterday revealed that he’d been seen out and about in Brick Lane.

@AlyHazelwood tweeted: “Just seen Robert Pattinson on Brick Lane. Amusingly he was being ignored by all the hipsters.”

She seemingly opened a can of worms as R-Patz fans apparently inundated her with questions about his whereabouts. She later wrote that she had not taken a photograph of the star but that he was definitely there.

“Jeez, can't believe the crazy interest in Robert Pattinson. He had a bit of a beard, was with a couple of friends & looked perfectly cheery.

“And that's all I have to say about it. He probably looked cheerful because he was being left alone to enjoy a wander down Brick Lane.”

First sightings

 

If it is true, it would be one of the first sightings of the 26-year-old since removal vans were seen at the home he shared with Kristen.

Rumours are now circulating that the fling between the Snow White And The Huntsman star and director Rupert Sanders could have gone on for longer than originally suspected.

Rupert's wife, Liberty Ross’ brother Leopold has said that their relationship wasn’t just a fling.

“It was from the last half of filming and all through post-production, clear into last week. She made some sacrifices for something she thought was worth it, now she knows, right?”

Despite Kristen being defended by film director and close friend Giovanni Agnelli – who has claimed that the two never had a sexual affair – it seems that the whole truth is not yet out.

So is the star really in back in good old Blighty? With the Olympics going on is there any better way to soothe the pangs of heartache than with a jolly bit of sport?

At least he can go home to his mum, have some homemade grub and hide under his duvet.
