A few weeks ago we told you how Nicki Minaj demanded that her lawn be mown (not a euphemism) outside her dressing room at Scotland’s T In The Park festival. This week we’ve heard another report about the Pound The Alarm singer’s incredible festival-related requests – and it’s all for next month’s V Festival.
According to sources, Nicki is planning on having quite a range of costumes and wigs for her live set – and as a result has asked organisers to provide her with a completely separate Winnebago in the backstage Virgin Media Lounge so that she can store all her accessories!
In fact, it’s not even about the extra wardrobe space for Nicki’s clobber. Apparently, the star actually wants the Winnebago to be dedicated to her large range of wigs – so much so that she’s already nicknamed it as her ‘Wiggy-bago’. Amazing!
A source revealed to PA how Nicki had “at least 20 wig stands, 10 cans of hairspray, 300 hair pins, five combs, spare wig caps and a 360 degree mirror.” That’s a whole lot of hair-dressing!
Now, we’re not ones to support diva behaviour usually – but this is brilliant! Imagine what that caravan will look like when it’s all set up. It’ll be like a compact Girl’s World factory. And we can only imagine what Nicki has in store for us on stage too. Will we even know it’s her? How many wigs can one woman wear in an hour-long set? Will it be wiggy wiggy amazing (sorry)? We can’t wait to find out…
