Tulisa suing Simon Cowell’s former colleague over sex tape scandal

 

Thought you’d heard the last of Tulisa Contostavlos’ sex tape scandal? Well, not quite…

The feisty singer is suing music manager Chris Herbert – who has worked with Simon Cowell in the past, and was signed up to work behind the scenes on this year’s X Factor – for his alleged involvement in cashing in on the tape.

Chris has managed Tulisa’s ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards - who of course was Tulisa's co-star in the tape - and Tulisa now claims that Chris and Justin has hoped to make £4million from the tape, The Sun reports.

To make matters even more complicated, Chris was due to take up a role on The X Factor this series, having work with boss Simon Cowell over the years on acts like the Spice Girls and boy band Five, although Simon was NOT involved in hiring Chris for the show.

Chris has now been dumped from the programme. Well, it would have been rather awkward for him and Tulisa to bump into each other backstage,

“As a result of us becoming aware of the ongoing legal dispute between Tulisa and Mr Herbert, we have decided it is in everyone’s interest for him to not be involved in the forthcoming series,” a spokesperson has confirmed.

Tulisa is suing four other men for their involvement in leaking the tape, and music mogul Chris faces paying out huge costs should he lose the case.

Russell Brand’s “arse-ache” dig at Katy Perry

 

Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s divorce has at last been finalised, and it looks like the gloves are now off…

Russ was filming his new TV show Brand X when he had a bit of banter with an audience member who was called Katy. That banter also doubled up as a bit of a pop at his now ex-wife.

“Enough of you,” he told the Katy in the crowd. “I’ve had enough arse-ache from people called Katy in the last year,” he joked.

Seems pretty clear that he’s referencing Katy Perry, doesn’t it? Another audience member told The Sun,

“They were having some chat about whether Katy could satisfy her boyfriend in bed when, all of a sudden, Russell shouted the comment about ar*e-ache. It was a blatant reference to Katy Perry.”

Kym Marsh: “Jamie Lomas was an idiot”

 

Kym Marsh has spoken out about fiancé Jamie Lomas’s lapse in judgment at being photographed back in April with drunken girls in his hotel room.

The Coronation Street star insists it will take more than one little hiccup to put an end to their wedding plans,

“Yes, he was an idiot – he shouldn’t have let anyone in his room and he acknowledges that, because he left himself open for people to set him up, but that’s it,” Kim insists in The Mirror.

“It will take more than that to split us up. We’ve set the date, all the plans are underway and it is very exciting.”

We just hope that in the future Kim is the only woman Jamie invites back to his room.
