Cheryl tweets Tom Daley: ‘Will you teach me to swan dive?’

 

So apparently it’s not just every single member of the heat team who have fallen for Olympic diver Tom Daley – Cheryl Cole’s pretty keen too.

The Under The Sun singer tweeted Tom yesterday asking if he’d like to take her down the local leisure centre for a few swimming lessons.

"@tomdaley1994 I think you are amazing! Will you teach me how to swan dive?"

After the swan dive Cheryl pulled off while performing on The Voice earlier this year, we’re not sure she needs any lessons.

Tom later retweeted the message and added his own reply to Cheryl, saying: "@cherylcole Of course!!! But first you need to follow me ;)"

We assume he means follow him on Twitter, not just follow him around carrying his towels and goggles…

Chezza’s message of support comes soon after 18-year-old Tom was subjected to Twitter abuse following his fourth place finish in the synchronised diving.

We hope hearing from one of the hottest women in the world helped to cheer him up a bit.

Karl Lagerfeld insults Pippa Middleton: ‘I don’t like her face’

 

Not one to hold back his harsh opinions, Karl Lagerfeld has given his thoughts on Pippa Middleton.

The fashion designer, who once called Adele fat, has reportedly said he’s a big fan of Kate Middleton, but her sister Pippa should "only show her back".

Erm, have you looked in the mirror lately Karl?

"Kate Middleton has a nice silhouette and she is the right girl for that boy," he is quoted as saying in The Sun.

"I like that kind of woman, I like romantic beauties."

He added: "On the other hand, her sister struggles. I don't like the sister's face. She should only show her back."

Wow…

One person Karl does have nice things to say about is his fashion designing pal Victoria Beckham.

"She is great. I like her a lot. I have known her for many years.

"She had a career as a singer. She has a beautiful husband and stunning children and now she makes a career in fashion.

"And that body, after four children. There are not so many who have a body like that. She is very disciplined."

Emma Watson denies being approached for Fifty Shades Of Grey

 

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has denied she will play the lead role in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades Of Grey.

She was named as ‘frontrunner’ for the part of Anastasia Steel last week, but admitted to Entertainment Weekly that she had not even read the erotic bestseller.

"I haven't read the book, I haven't read a script, nothing," she said.

"There are so many movies you become attached to when I've literally never even received a phone call.

"It was the same way with The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo - I never even saw a script!"

The 22-year-old added that many of her friends asked her about the Fifty Shades rumours after they emerged last week.

"I told them just because there are 60 articles on the internet doesn't mean it's any less true than if there are three or four."
