We have learned that a statement from Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is being drafted right this second that will announce details of their divorce settlement.
The joint statement will be released shortly and will also include all the deets on just how they will share custody of their 6-year-old daughter Suri.
US telly channel Entertainment Tonight are reporting that everything is being “hammered out by Tom and Katie’s camps right now”.
And earlier the pair told Us Weekly that they “respected” each other’s “respective beliefs” (i.e. Scientology!).
Tom, 50, and Katie, 33, said "We are committed to working together as parents to accomplishing what is in our daughter Suri's best interests.
"We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other’s roles as parents."
More details when we know just what the heck is going on but it sounds like TomKat are going to do their best to keep this divorce from getting any messier.
