Tulisa has got herself into a spot of bother after she was pictured using a well-known street gang sign while shooting a music video on Sunday night.
Oops.
Tulisa was photographed making the 'C' symbol, which is used by north London gang Crime Scene Boys, who also go by the name Church Road Soldiers.
Also on set was rapper Nines, who often uses the 'C' sign in his own music videos.
But Tulisa claims she used the ‘C’ sign to pay tribute to the borough of London where she and the rest of the N-Dubz grew up – Camden.
“I filmed a street video on Sunday night for a track on my album,” she said in a statement. “The video was a collaboration with the rapper Nines. When we were filming on the street loads of other people turned up and joined in the shoot.
“When I was holding my hands in the ‘C’ sign, this was as a tribute to Camden, my home town and where N-Dubz began.
“I am not aware that this sign has anything to with any street gang and I 100 percent do not endorse any gang violence in any form.”

But onlookers at the shoot aren’t so sure: “She was strutting around throwing gang signs and hanging around outside the blocks of flats,” an onlooker told The Sun.
“She was swearing and trying to fit in with the other people who were around her from the estate.
“Making that 'C' sign is what people do when they are a member of the Crime Scene Boys. It’s a real mistake.”
Tulisa calls X Factor USA judge Britney Spears 'a bit of a rebel'

We might have a little case of pot calling the kettle black here.
X Factor judge Tulisa has said that bringing Britney Spears on to the X Factor USA judging panel could be a risky move.
"I mean she is [one of the biggest stars] but I think it's still a wild card because she is, I don't know, a bit of a rebel, Tulisa told Capital FM.
Despite the fact that Tulisa might be being a little hypocritical, seeing as she’s a bit of a naughty lady herself, (remember that sex tape?) she might just have a point.
There were initially reports of Britney walking off set and being rude to contestants during auditions. But both Britney and her boss Simon Cowell have both dismissed the reports as false.
So what do you think – is Tulisa being a little hypocritical, and actually she’s more of a risky choice than Britney?
