We knew Victoria Beckham had been spending some time in London, but we had no idea she was so enamoured with the capital that she'd get a boat ride!
The star, who has been this side of the pond on fashion duty, tweeted a photo from the boat earlier today, gleefully telling her 4 million followers: "London is AMAZING!!! so beautiful!!!! love being home, on a boat trip with the kids!!! x vb"
And yes, this is a photo of actual London, this being the first time it hasn't been grey and rainy all day for about…hmmm…three months?!
In other VB news, the Spice Girls have been confirmed to play the gig at the closing ceremony of the Olympic games. This isn't the first time a Beckham has been involved in an Olympic gig. A skinhead-ed David Beckham took part in the closing ceremony of the Beijing games in 2008, kicking a football about to symbolise where the next games would be taking place.
It is the first time, however, the Spice Girls will perform all together since their reunion tour in February 2008. The group will be performing along with Take That, George Michael and rockers The Who.
Let's hope Victoria can be as excited about the Olympic gig as she is about travelling along the Thames on a boat - she was infamously surly at the announcement of the Spice Girls musical, and it was rumoured that she was the one who wouldn't sign up to perform the gig, preferring to concentrate on her fashion.
But she did tell RTE the other day that: "Who knows, maybe some day we’ll do something else with the Spice Girls. I would love nothing more."
