We always knew that Big Brother contestant Kenneth Tong was a bit of a twat – but we had no idea how low he’d stoop for some attention.
The 28-year-old has sent some highly offensive messages to Gary Barlow about the tragic stillbirth of Gary’s daughter Poppy. We won’t repeat them here, as they really are vile
The disgusting comments caused an uproar on Twitter and petitions have been set up calling for the Reality TV wannabe to be booted off the social networking site.
Big Brother’s Big On The Side pundit Jamie East seemed to sum up the feelings of most Twitter users when he wrote,
“Nothing would make me happier today than seeing Kenneth Tong going to prison. What an absolutely hateful, hateful human being.”
Meanwhile the man himself seems to be revelling in the uproar he’s caused, even directing his 180,000 followers to the biggest petition calling for his removal from Twitter,
"With all my controversy and continued notoriety, twice over, I deserve to be Verified by @twitter. Do you lot agree?" he wrote. Followed by,
"If your going to sign a Twitition to have me deleted, obviously sign the most popular one to be effective. http://twitition.com/wq6ke"
We feel bad giving Kenneth the publicity that he is so pathetically desperate for, but we just had to share our rage.
