A couple of years ago, a man filed a lawsuit against Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria after her BMW crashed into his car.
But she can sigh a deep sigh of relief and wipe the sweat off of her perfectly-formed forehead and do all the other things people do when they're saying "PHEW", because she has reached a settlement with the man.
According to
TMZ, Roman Gasparyan filed the lawsuit, claiming that the star lost control of her car while driving through Hollywood and had "red and bloodshot" eyes.
Eva always claimed that the crash was not her fault, but it's all over now, because the settlement was declared in the LA Superior Court on 3 August, less than two weeks before the case was meant to go to trial.

The glam pair struck up a friendship after the Beckhams moved to LA in 2007 for David's job, and they're so comfortable with one another now that they can have drab evenings in. She told
