Like us, you heatworld citizens might enjoy indulging in the odd bit of cringe-worthy behaviour, more specifically, dancing.
It's not uncommon for us to make spring cleaning fun by sticking on some Spice Girls and dancing our way around the house with a hoover. Well, if you've been known to throw some confident shapes on the dance floor, or embarrass your friends down the pub on a weekend, then how do you fancy being Justin Bieber's backing dancer?
That's right, the teeny bop sensation is recruiting dancers for his 'Believe' tour and is doing so by advertising the position online. So, if you fancy yourself as a bit of a mover-shaker, all you need to do is film yourself dancing (sounds great already, right?) and stick the video on Youtube.
Justin and his tour director Jon M.Chu want to give people who live outside of Los Angeles the chance to apply for the position, as they are currently auditioning dancers in LA this week.
A tip you might be interested to know is that Justin is reportedly drawing a lot of his inspiration for his dance moves in this upcoming tour from the legendary style of Michael Jackon. A source says,

"He has been watching a tremendous amount of Michael Jackson concerts from the '80s and '90s. And he has been talking to me about how Michael incorporated magic and pyro and reveals and he wants to bring in that. [But] still do that acoustic thing, but he wants to take it to a whole new level."
Justin was discovered online, so it's only natural that the 18-year-old wants to give other performers the chance to get discovered in the same way.
